The founding members tried out Jak's Grill Laurelhurst location in Seattle, WA. A new member applicant completed the Burger Establishment Evaluation Form (BEEF) shown below. ( The other founding members in attendance generally agreed with this evaluation with the exception that the new member who is still in the Very Early Acclimation Learning (VEAL) stage is not truly familiar with the "Anacortes Beef".) Other than that small omission, the BEG founding members agreed that Jak's Grill was definitely worth repeating. Good value for a local tavern setting - perfect for a casual get together where good beer and good burgers are in order. It is also a good place to go with the wife and family who may not be as dedicated to the burger experience as you are.
